Our story begins with Ramsey, a man genetically and technically modified with the enhanced abilities of a long forgotten legend once known as a Vampire. As he escapes from the confines of his cell he goes on a hunt to find those who changed his life forever. Meanwhile, Wes, a former BLACK SKY turned private eye, is brought back into the fold when he must find a group of criminals that are stealing pure magic, a highly volatile substance that can level cities. One fateful night will force them to cross paths as they attempt to find the answers they are looking for.
