Digital comics

Digital editions are delivered instantly and can’t be returned, so digital sales are final. The exception: if a file is corrupt, missing, or won’t download, tell us and we’ll fix it or refund that purchase.

Physical comics

If a print arrives damaged or defective, email us within 7 days with a photo and we’ll send a replacement or refund it. If you change your mind, you can return an unread copy in its original condition within 14 days; you cover return shipping, and we refund the item price once it arrives back safely.

Project Greenlight pledges

Pledges fund a book’s production, so they work a little differently from a normal order. See our Terms for how campaigns, rewards, and pledge refunds are handled.
