Orders and pricing

We do our best to keep prices and product details accurate. If we spot an error on an order, we’ll contact you before charging or shipping, and you can confirm or cancel.

Digital licenses

When you buy a digital comic, you get a personal, non-transferable license to read it. Please don’t redistribute, resell, or post the files. The comics and artwork are the property of their creators and Dauntless Stories.

Project Greenlight

Greenlight is crowdfunding: your pledge helps fund a book’s production, and rewards ship once the book is made. Timelines are estimates, and creative projects can shift. If a campaign can’t deliver, we’ll work with backers in good faith on a fair resolution, which may include a refund. Pledge specifics are listed on each campaign.

Intellectual property

Everything on this site — comics, art, logos, and text — is owned by Dauntless Stories or its creators and is protected by copyright. Don’t reuse it without permission.

Liability

We provide the site and products as-is and do our best to keep everything running. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or incidental damages from using the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States. Update this with your jurisdiction.
