The other day, I had a heart-to-heart conversation with creative director Brent Fisher about where we stand as a company. And that doubt started to creep in. Are we doing enough? How do we push ourselves to the next level?

At that moment, Brent stopped me and reminded me to take a step back and look at the year we’ve had. We greenlit Valor Verse (a superhero special from the mind of Kara Huset, currently in production) and Sweet Boy with freaking Brian Level (Daredevil artist, Unsleeping Eye creator, and many more). We launched and supported three Kickstarter campaigns:

Unbroken, our baby we’ve been working on for years, is now just weeks from fulfillment.

Tell Them of Us, Brent’s heartfelt brainchild, raised $18K+ on Kickstarter.

From Within, a 240+ page graphic novel that writer Alex Breen has spent nearly a decade creating.

On top of that, Who Killed Sarah Shaw was funded in week one, and it has 3 days left in its campaign with over 200 backers! Check out the Kickstarter

I would say we’re doing just fine. But we will do more. This is where we would like to officially announce our sponsorship of a new indie comics catalog called THE LANTERN CATALOG.
